Make trailers not local was dumb and a waste of my time.The point of U-Haul is to pick it up somewhere and be able the drop it back off to another U-Haul anywhere.

I wanted to reserve a trailer six days out, but I was not allowed and in the meantime that trailer got reserved somehow and they had to scramble to get a replacement which was not clean and the decals were peeling very badly. It looked very junkie and not so clean inside either. However, the mechanics of the trailer worked perfectly. The tires appeared to be fairly new.
Jerry BMy reservation was changed one day in advanced and pushed back due to truck availability. I was still able to find a truck the day I originally planned for, however, U-Haul almost double booked the truck I had reserved. Jim Brown Supply was absolutely amazing and very helpful in finding me a truck on the original day. They understood my dilemma and were able to accommodate my needs.

Brandy CDefinitely would mention all the hidden fees before getting I paid what was said I needed to pay and then got hit with almost another $100 dollars worth of fees sorry but I’m never getting a u haul again
