First the rep I delt with did handle our situation well. Our reservation was first cancelled when I had a note in of what time id be picking up truck. Was cancelled with no notification the day of pick up until 2 hours later when I was getting ready to get the truck. We then got another truck brought it to wear we needed, then when opening the truck it was a pool of water inside inside and raining buckets inside the truck! We slipped a few times couldnt load our stuff and then called again and got another truck hour later thank fully

Madison HThere were cigarette ashes all in the cup holders. I was charged for fuel despite returning the rental with more gas than it had at pick up.
Devonna DI booked a truck with furnitures pads and 2 Dollies and was charged as such - and those items weren’t in the truck - I had booked for 2 days and retuned it after less than 12 hours - terrible service and terrible experience - I am owed both money and an apology from U-Haul - very disappointed. And certainly would never recommend this location or U-Haul to any one
