Chris HUhaul changed the location on us at the last minute from one that was staffed to this location that was unstaffed. It was confusing to get into the lockbox. Once we were able to get into the truck, the hand truck and 2 utility dollies that we requested and paid for were not on the truck. Uhaul required we go to the original pick up location to obtain the equipment, which was an additional 5 miles to get to as we had already returned home by the time we could get through to Uhaul. At that location, there was only one utility dolly available when we got there though we needed and had paid for two. Customer service refused to provide any type of discount for the missing equipment and the extra time and mileage on our personal vehicle to pick up that equipment at the original location.
