When I arrived at the location to pick up the U-Haul, they couldn’t find the key to the truck so I spent about 45 minutes waiting for them to figure out what to do. The U-Haul customer service over the phone was helpful though.

Briana TI was charged for material I did not purchase.
Marlon GI didnt request any insurance yet was charged for it. Also was charged 60 for a 18.95 trailer. I have rented many, and never been charged that much for one day. Disappointed. Trailer is leaky and didnt seem to have been cleaned since the last time I rented it. I didnt my paperwork online yet had to stand there and wait for her to do it on her tablet. Doesnt make sense. Awful experience.
