The only thing I can say could possibly be better was to have the parking spots marked so ppl could know where to park when dropping off.
Vidal TPick up location was changed and was 40 miles away from the original booking. This added more than 2 hours to my trip. I was not notified of this change and l was not aware of the change to begin with.
