You should at least maintain the ratcheting parts of a car trailer when I pick this thing up they were so stiff rusted so much salt so hard to use not acceptable.

JOHN MIt's unfortunate the service rental representatives are so untrained at reservation centers i made a reservation for auto hauler 2 weeks in advance they ask you what type of vehicle make model etc, you are using to tow and what make, model etc vehicle you will be towing on the hauler went over this 4-5 times till she got it right picked up hauler from center loaded vehicle and it did not fit on trailer rear tires were still on ramp , you have to call the 800 # to address the issue and good luck i had to go out of my way 1 1/2 hrs to pick up the corect trailer i get vehicle loaded brake wires are broken had to call again for service. What began as a essy task for me ended up costing time , more money for traiker they wouldn't compensate for my issues my time began at 10:30 am with uhaul i left at 8:30 pm that evening on a 12 hr trip for destination.
