The employee was very nice loading the appliance dolly into our car and then taking it out for us when we returned it.


Need more agents working. Even though one person was covering the duties she was good fast and knew her position, wasn't busy when pick up Uhaul truck, came back she was a little busy but she took care of the needs. I k ow that with this Pandemic it's really hard to keep employees working, but the store was clean and got what I wanted help to get good results rest of the day, if needed again I will assure to used same facility.


excellent Business, in return to Freeport, they wouldn't accept, because they had too many 6x12 trailers, so I drove the trailers to Santa Rosa, Florida

Location is fantastic. The manager Don H. Was a really nice guy and pleasant to work with. Building is clean and organized. You can tell that they take pride in their shop. Sadly the truck was extremely old and reminds the renter of trucks from back in the mid 80's-90's. The truck was clean, but you could tell that it had 156,000 miles. It shifted hard, sounded like it was winding up high and darn sure didn't have the conveniences of auxiliary plug or Bluetooth. Couldn't even readjust the time on the radio. The headliner of the truck was starting to separate from the front windshield area (above the sun visors). Didn't mind the manual windo crank, but it was so stiff the know would come off and it had to be pressed back on several times. Loading ramp was difficult to slide back in and lock. Again...this truck has been used for a long time. This truck should be retired. If it were, someone could update the motor, make sure the transmission didn't run so rough, upgrade the stereo system and make this a good company truck.


The truck I rented was in poor condition and the driver seat leaned majorly to the left causing me to have to sit up on the medial edge to not slide out. I also misplaced a key to my house during the rental process, and tried to contact U-Haul. This is a joke. I contacted the service center who, after 2 calls on hold, gave me a number to call the facility Itself. Afteralmost a week of calling several times a day, I got a hold of no one. I went into the facility and they told me they just throw keys away. This is poor, horrible, disrespectful customer service.I would not recommend this company or this facility to anyone.


They were appalled that the other location sent us out on the road with that equipment and asked us to contact the customer service about it which we did and only got the 2 wheeler and blankets refunded still not happy with u haul which sucks because we use y'all quite a bit

In the past this location has been run efficiently and had friendly, helpful employees. Sadly this was not my experience most recently. My suggestion: Hire someone who doesn't complain about how early it is (10 am); Texts, smokes and answers personal phone calls while on the job in front of the customer; knows where the rental equipment is located so the customer doesn't have to drive around the facility watching him smoke and talk on his phone; and doesn't require another employee to help him finish the job after he “loses it” and we have to start all over. Also when your sign says wait here to return equipment and someone will come out to help you, it is best if someone actually comes out instead of waiting until there are 3 vehicles in line then starting at the end of the line instead of the first vehicle who has been waiting the longest - and following the posted procedure. I guess I should have marched in like the vehicle driver at the end - perhaps they were aware that the posted procedure was not followed at this location. I was not impressed.


Don and his staff were excellent in helping for my needs they instructed me in what do next and they were in contact with me every step of the way very courteous and friendly Thank you U Haul for having such a great team in Midwest city. 5 stars all the way.

Train employee on good customer service. She was horrible. And when I returned the equipment, I got another employee who did not help at all with the return. I had to drive out of my way to another location. Horrible service and people.

I told the man when I turned in the truck that the ramp was broke because it would pull out but would not latch on the hooks. He did not act concerned nor try to apologize for my inconvenience. I had heavy furniture and had to hire some strong neighbors to lift it up in truck because the ramp did not work. That was extra money I really didn't have but had no choice had the ramp worked I had a dolley to use instead of extra last minute hired hands.

At this location, your staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. However, because your Truck Share App is absolute crap, I was forced to go inside 4 times which defeated the purpose of using the app! In the end, I spent more time than I would have if I had just gone inside and done business the regular way.

Used the U-Haul App to reserve. The had problems at the end concerning taking photo image of the control instrument panel. Basically, the app seems unresponsive after the submit the photo.

Without going into a long, drawn out story, the bottom line is your employees at the Midwest City location are just terrific. I ran into some huge speed bumps but your staff went above and beyond to help me. Jimmy (Jim).... well, no words to express my gratitude for his help and Blake was amazing too. Also, to the lady upstairs (don't know her name). Well, Cant tell you how much I appreciate you!!!!! Thanks again for your kindness and compassion. This is truly a WONDERFUL group of folks!!!!!
