Horrible, confusing location with two areas. Both with uhaul signs. But, in teeny tiny print at one location tells you that uhaul rental is at the OTHER location across the street. Teeny, tiny drop off area that is ridiculous for mobile returns.Somsri F.

The good: The return process at this location was 100% smooth and the lady at the counter was very friendly. The bad: Truck cab was dirty - CIGARETTE ASHES, trash and literal dirt. I asked for no extra equipment because I didn't need it and didn't want it taking up space in the truck or sliding around in the truck. There was a HUGE appliance dolly and a regular hand dolly in the truck. These were not secured. I made the reservation in the afternoon, and the location closed at 6. I realized I was going to be late, so I called the location and they converted the reservation to a 24/7 pickup so I could get it after hours. I ended up not getting there until about 7:30. I logged into the app, expecting to be able to start my 24/7 pick up. Nope. I called U-Haul and pressed the option for assistance with 24/7 issues, expecting that to be the fastest route to assistance. Thankfully the person dropping me off was willing to wait. While I was waiting for assistance on my phone, my ride called in and selected the regular option for existing reservations. That call got answered first!!!! It took a bit of time, but they were able to get the reservation updated. Turns out the reservation expired because I didn't pick it up at the original 5:45 pick up time. When the reservation was converted, the pick up not was not changed. This all took about 40 minutes to get fixed and it was cold and dark. I'm grateful that my ride stayed with me. And the first call to the 24/7 assistance was STILL on hold when I finally got checked in and drove away in my dirty, smelly truck.Terri A.

I reserved a truck via mobile for self pickup at 7am at the summit location. I did everything right. When I got there, there was no key in the box, truck was not ready and I thought my day was ruined. I planned my entire day around starting early. Well following the instructions on the app, it directed to another agent , whose name I forgot. Thia guy completely made my day. He apologized for the issue. He directed towards another location to pick up another truck, he reimbursed me for quite a few things, and he was very nice. The best part is that he completely turned a horrible day into a very good day. So I cannot rate this location accurately. But this guy should get 10 stars! Now the problem at hand is clearly the communication between the app and the uhaul dealers. That needs to be fixed. But yes, I wanna say his name was ERIC? Anyways, thanks man. I was upset with the customer service department that reserved this location. I ask her specifically for a furniture dolly. The customer service rep ensured me that the location had one. When I got there the onsite employee stated that they did not. Without that dolly made my move extremely difficult. Please trained your customer service department to verify with the locations that they equipment is available. This will avoid fustration from the customer and the store location employee's.frederick E.
