Disappointed. I had to move items locally from Harrington to Felton. My truck Harrington was no longer available, so U-Haul moved me to Milford. I called and spoke to a rep who signed me up for a smaller truck at the Harrington Store instead. 10 mins prior to pickup, they moved me to Milford again, which I only found out after speaking with the clerk, as I missed the message while driving there. She said they would give me a discount if I asked for the extra mileage incurred from Milford to Harrington. When I asked at the Milford store, I was told that was something corporate would need to handle. We returned the truck last night, and had to pay for 42 miles on what should have been 25 miles round trip. At 1.25 a mile, that an extra $21.25 plus extra 2 gallons gas, at $3.75 a gallon, making it a total of $28.75 cost because UHaul can’t provide the truck I needed in the location I reserved. With a “$50 reservation guarantee”, you’d think they could at least come off the mileage charge, but so far, corporate hasn’t responded at all.

Douglas HThe dolly I needed was not available . Also, tried to check out when I brought the truck back and I was there for almost 30 minutes internet would not let me check out. That is very annoying.
