On June 27th I arrived to pick up my Uhaul at 230pm. Upon checking out she showed me the total which came to more than what was on the website. It went from $81 to $127 I asked her what made it go up so high she said fuel which is understandable then she said Safe Move I old her that I do not want that coverage and would like it to be removed, she said she did not know how to remove it and when I come back to return the truck she would be able to take that charge off. Once I returned she said she could not take the charge off and I just wasted $30 on somthing I did not want. Would like to be contacted by a customer service representative if at all possible.

The attendant inside of the Shell station was talking on speaker phone with a friend during our interaction, until we asked if she could hang up to focus on the transaction. We rented a furniture dolly as well, was given one, but once going out to the truck, found there was already one in the back. Arriving at our destination and climbing into the truck we found broken shards of glass and live maggots littered the back of the UHaul. Will not be revisiting this location in the future
Jeremy CInspect and clean your vehicles. Need to exterminate. There were roaches in the vehicle I rented. Too late to return due to the timing of my event. Had to exterminate the vehicle myself.
Eunice Kthe truck was very smelly and had not been cleaned since the previous user The customer service was very slow because there was only on employee at the gas station working all of the jobs, cash register, unloading supplies, renting the trucks etc. Whoever owns the gas station should have at least two employees on site at all times. That woman was seriously overworked and the line to pay for gas kept getting longer as she had to go check in the truck.
