Got to figure out a better way as to how much gas was needed to get put back in I was told the truck was full it showed 423 miles till empty I brought it back filled it up and it went to 487 miles till empty so I put more gas in it then I was supposed to after spending a arm and a leg renting this truck. I would say $257 then $70 for gas for only using the truck for five hours is highway robbery

Had to relocate the truck as it was not in the right area(so I parked right behind another truck that was in the parking lot) Would be better if they had specified locations for the drop off
Mike MHave I pad ready to use, so I don’t have to wait 30 minutes for the I pad to charge also the location had only one employee taking customers and it was impossible for her to help me with my pick up, I had to wait for a long time and her attitude was rude, I don’t recommend this location.
Paola ZThe app kept freezing. Customer service is non existent and you have to wait forever to speak to someone. I ordered an appliance dolly and they gave me a regular dolly. I asked them for the correct one and they said they don’t have those
Nick PI reserved to pick up the rental 2 miles from my house, was informed less than 24 hrs prior that I had to pickup the vehicle 21 miles from my house! That is a big difference when budgeting to rent a vehicle. Instead of driving < 10 miles I needed to drive 80+ miles for the vehicle. This was a huge impact on my budget. Since it was such a short notification I did not have enough time to make other arrangements and needed to scramble to find the funds! Very disappointing!
