Frank was great, but UHaul needs to get a better computer system.
Eugene DThe office wasn't open with a note on door saying be back 12 or 1. Called to check out truck person was very good and polite. Dropped off truck and office wasn't open at 4. Left truck and dropped keys. Although I did get a call the day before saying noone would be there for puck up it seems rather unprofessional to never show up
Catherine MCalled to rent a motorcycle trailer and had to call back because I thought I would be later than I thought due to a traffic jam. They told me they would stay and wait for me. Quick in and out once I got there. Those U-Haul motorcycle trailers are great and the price is right.
Stephen CI can't find anything to help improve the service I received at this location. Shaun and Frank are always very friendly and professional. I have rented there before and have never had any issues with the equipment or staff. Every time I need equipment whether it be a truck or trailer, I can count on them to have my rental ready.
