I scheduled for in person pick-up on the tail end of the location's business day. I arrived to find the door locked, and no one in the office when I knocked. I called the number listed online, and it was almost immediately answered then hung up. I called the number listed on the door twice before it was answered, and was told I'd need to wait a little bit to get help. Since I showed up ~10 minutes early, I spent an hour waiting for my rental, wish was left off with me being handed a pair of keys and told "I think your truck is that one, if not try to unlock the others."
