I would have given my experience an excellent rating if it would not have been the trouble that the store was having with the U-Haul web site. It took much longer for me to rent the truck than it should have.

During pick up, location was behind a dump. When trying to follow instructions via the browser, when I got to the part for the key box code, the browser said download the app. I download the app and it skipped past the key box. Making me stand in the cold while I call to request.
Richard MI absolutely like the older toy hauler. It is the right size for my Model Ts. It also has the straps and the rackets are very good. The price is very competitive. The newer toy hauler is too large and too expensive for my needs. If you sell any of the older toy haulers, please contact me.
ted hThe area was dark and was a bit scary returning the truck after dark. There is a run down trailer back there where someone lives too. Felt very unsafe.
