Sheri oThe van I rented was immaculate, appeared new yet had Indiana plates. CSS was great pointing out everything you should be aware of. It was quite a jaunt in the rain unfortunately. I would advise you check out ALL the controls before leaving esp if they're not like ones you're used to. Stinks to do it on the fly! Oh it would have been a lot more comfortable if it had armrests.
