Terrible return showed up before closing my return was set for 5:15 I showed up at 5:08 and the place was already closed . A representative asked me to do the change from another location for $50 and I definitely regret it the truck ate the gas up and was dirty just bad experience overall
John PDexter was so pleasant!!! He made sure everything was explained throughly. He explained step be step of what the charges were and what was to be expected. He took his time with assisting my needs of the rental. I will most definitely be back.

JESUS AThe truck was in good condition and had no issues; however, the dealer never asked me if I wanted to opt in for the safety charges. He applied those charges without asking. Customer service later helped me with the refunds.
