Truck was filthy. Guy was asleep on the desk when I walked in. Made me do the check in again even though I had already done it online.

I was over charged by $60. Denied use of a hand truck, wasn't able opt out of personal property insurance. And had a false report upon returning the rental
JASON PThe truck I was assigned was in very poor condition. The truck had not been cleaned after the previous use. Items and trash from the previous user were present in the cabin and cargo areas. The driver's side mirror was loose and would spin around 180 degrees when braking and spin back when accelerating. The wiper blades were streaking. The brakes were squealing. Definitely the worst U-Haul vehicle I have ever driven, and that's really saying something. Then, when I returned the truck, you had the nerve to charge ME a cleaning fee! I should charge you for having to adjust and tighten your driver's side mirror. My hourly rate as a professional Automotive Technician is $200/hour.
Matthew HIn addition to the truck, I also ordered a dolly and hand-truck particularly because my new place was approximately 50 yards from the parking lot. My rental was reserved for 4PM. As a precaution I stopped by the contracted U-Haul gas station in the morning and asked the clerk for confirmation of my order. The confirmation was important for me because I had hired movers to start at 4:30PM, as well as friends and family committed to the move-time. At 3:45PM, when I arrived at the store to pick up the truck, the clerk advised that he did not have a dolly. When I stressed my critical need for a dolly, he offered moving-blankets, instead. I asked him if he could help me locate a dolly at any other facilities nearby but his response was that I could physically visit the other stores. This was an extremely stressful situation. In the future, if I use U-Haul again, I plan to rent from a regular U-Haul facility- even if I have to drive farther- as contracted facilities seem less equipped and definitely less professional.
NATHAN KThis location was not advertised as a gas station. The person behind the desk appeared confused when I showed them the reservation on my phone and then required I repeat my entire reservation specifics. Then the truck was missing the furniture pads we ordered. The original reservation estimated the total cost to be approximately $78, but ended up being over $160. When we picked up the truck, the gas tank was on empty, and the key fob did not note the level of gas. When we asked the gas station attendant he just shrugged. We had to put $40 of gas in the tank and it was barely at "E". And then the day after we dropped off the truck, my account was charged an additional $50. I would be wary to use this location. They do not appear to operate like the official U-haul stores I've used in the past.
