The owner is a scammer. I did everything virtually through U-Haul app. I paid for equipment to help with my move. The equipment was not available. I informed the owner of this location. He told me he would reimburse me. I moved all my stuff with out the equipment and when I returned and asked about the reimbursement the owner claimed he never charged me. I said yes, it did. I used the UHaul app and it charged me. After some back and forth and the owner making me show him my receipt he finally agreed to give me money for the missing equipment. Very rude and unprofessional experience.

This location was convenient, but the busy shopping complex made the parking lot challenging to navigate. Despite this, it is a great central spot for drop-offs. Personnel were not visible, so their helpfulness could not be assessed.
ALISA PIt was really easy to pick up and drop off, my only problem is when I got The truck the check engine light was on, and the truck was running really rough. Also the fees were not specified clearly enough. I ended up paying way more money than I had planned and I was charged for after hours drop off, when I had the truck for 24 hours but ended up dropping off same day, and it wasn’t after hours.
Alexandrea IThe van I took was incredibly clean inside and functioned beautifully. It has Android Auto & Apple Carplay so I could listen to music, use Google Map, and take phone calls safely as I drove. The turning radius is so, so tight and the backup cam was an incredible life saver — I could not have parked so well without it. This was by far the most high-tech van I've ever driven and the best experience to boot. The gentleman who helped me check out the van even told me to back the car up so that he could hoist the dolly I rented into the van for me. 'Twas fantastic service and I will most definitely look to use this U-Haul location again in the future.
KATHERINE RThey didn't have the reserved truck available at my appointment time, forcing me to pay more for a larger truck I didn't need and didn't reserve. Truck had a bunch of trash in the cabin, had extremely worn brakes (serious safety risk), and generally drove and sounded like it was moments away from breaking down. This location is run by the convenience store at the gas station at this address, so assisting U-Haul customers was clearly not a priority for them, nor something they really seemed all that well prepared to do. The truck did survive my rental period and at least the job got done at the end of the day.
