First Location was very unsafe and they did not even contact me about the time of closure or provide a phone number to contact them. My UHAUL was canceled. 2nd site rental professed equipment of furniture dolly and pads. They were not there at all. The truck already had damage of paint pealing and marks. The attendant was uninformed about service and clearly very courteous and so apologetic an excellent worker given the circumstances.

I picked up the truck the truck was almost on E not even 6 hours I bring it back and I put gas in it to return it and it stars shooting out was not happy with my experience but they gentleman who helped me get the truck was very nice and understanding and told me that homeless people cut the fuel lines and night it did my moving job just wasn’t happy with the cleanliness and not so much safety for my loved ones that I also had with me that day.
Elijah WThere were no personnel. I think this is a serious problem. U Haul is sorely understaffed if tthey cannot deliver a 20' U Haul, ten miles to help renters. It should be a service. The truck was in good shape, and there were no problems at all with that. It was also clean.
DEBORAH OThe owner is a scammer. I did everything virtually through U-Haul app. I paid for equipment to help with my move. The equipment was not available. I informed the owner of this location. He told me he would reimburse me. I moved all my stuff with out the equipment and when I returned and asked about the reimbursement the owner claimed he never charged me. I said yes, it did. I used the UHaul app and it charged me. After some back and forth and the owner making me show him my receipt he finally agreed to give me money for the missing equipment. Very rude and unprofessional experience.
Grant DThis location was convenient, but the busy shopping complex made the parking lot challenging to navigate. Despite this, it is a great central spot for drop-offs. Personnel were not visible, so their helpfulness could not be assessed.
