How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe are more annoyed with U-Haul. How dare you charge us with unauthorized charges. You charged us for insurance and we never were told about it or asked if we wanted it. Our car insurance covers anything we tow with our vehicle. We want those charged credited back to us immediately.
ROSEMARY LLocation was highly accessible and the owner was helpful. He had a large lot that made drop easy. My lock failed on the hitch and the owner was able to cut it off quickly with his tools. This was an efficient and frictionless experience. Exceptional overall experience. High value for me after a long 1,400 hour trip.
