We are more annoyed with U-Haul. How dare you charge us with unauthorized charges. You charged us for insurance and we never were told about it or asked if we wanted it. Our car insurance covers anything we tow with our vehicle. We want those charged credited back to us immediately.

John ROne of the best U Haul lots I have ever used .
Doug PI used the trailer for less than 24 hours. Picked up on 3/27 at 3:30 pm, dropped off on 3/28 at 11:45 a.m. Location was not open, dropped the trailer and called Uhaul to let you know that I was finished with the rental. Location did not open until 3/30 and equipment did not get checked in until mid morning. I was charged an extra day because the location was not open to accept my return. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
