They don't have the mobile pickup as the agent directed us to use. The personal wanted to rewrite the contract and reservation in person. The truck had a detached gas cap that became missing. Discount for a one way rental, not available for round trip, adding 400.00 to reservation

Upon dropping off we had to make a phone call to another location as the computers where down. Why couldn't they make the call and check in the Uhaul. I made sure I had enough fuel in when dropped off but they still charged me an additional $30.
ALFREDO MA truck was not available at our original location. We were referred to location 46 miles away from our move. This was very challenging. We ended up calling back and found a location 30+ miles from our move. Disappointing that we could not have picked up a truck at our original reservation location. We incurred additional cost in the move because of this switch in location for our reservation.
