I did a night drop at this location and they processed my paperwork in a very timely matter the next day. Would love if they had larger parking spot for bigger uhaul truck though.
Eric M.The internet service in this area is awful so I was unable to complete the online check-in. I had to wait for the office to open to check-in and get my truck.
Tracie H.There is no cell service for Verizon customers at this location. It took us 45 mins to do the self pick up and were late for the movers. This was after the original Pasadena location I rented from didn't have the correct truck. We then rented another uhaul from the Bowie location and upon arrival found out that the truck had not been returned to that location. This caused the most chaotic move I've ever had in 15 moves. There is no excuse for this poor organization and communication when moving is one of the most stressful events without the added stress of uhaul.
