Stearns Lumber Company was excellent to pick up from. They were friendly and helpful and everything was prepared on time and ready to go for me. They deserve 5 stars for sure. We ended up needing two tires replaced within the first 200 miles of rental however, which is not Stearns' fault at all, but is why I marked the equipment "No" for being cleaned and maintained. Uhaul should never have sent out such bald tires and one with a huge cut in the sidewall. But Stearns - very good people for sure.
