Went to get the trailer and was told they were not renting uhauls on Sunday. Im assuming because younger guys were working, they don't trust them with that responsibility? It was weird and very inconvenient
ERICA LI was wrongly charged $150 for safe move. In my online reservation I clearly declined the coverage. I dropped off the keys whe I returned the truck because no person was there at the time. When I received the email receipt the extra charge was there. My reservation was on a company credit card and it’s my company’s policy to decline all coverage and they will not pay for this charge. I have started a dispute and am waiting for a callback from the store manager.
Eric WIt may have been the season, but the lot was mud and did not make for a great experience in loading/unloading. However, the staff were fantastic and ready and able to assist in moving equipment and knowledgeable. I would 5 star the staff, and 3 star the location.
