Had equipment for less than 24 hrs. and was charged for 3 days. This isn't the first time this has happened with this dealership. 3
LANCE EThe man running the place asked if we could come earlier than our reserved time. We did go earlier. He was in such a hurry to leave that he didn't explain anything about the truck or trailer or how to even send the pictures of the tags for equipment verification. My husband had to go in multiple times to talk to an assistant that was not any help, so we didn't get left until after our original reservation time.

MICHAEL KJamie was absolutely wonderful! He didn’t initially have a 5x8 trailer but he located one for us and had it ready to go when we needed it. He hooked it up for us in a timely manner. We will definitely come back to this location when we need a trailer next year!
