Hello. The storage unit was fine. The office staff are also cordial (it’s not always easy given the nature of their job). My experience would have been even better if they prorated my charges for my last month. They charged me for a full month on my last month despite only staying a few days into the month.

I had mold on my furniture I had boxes that had been chewed through I had my baby pictures that were eating up by mice I had my stuff in there for 5 years nobody wanted to help me just because there wasn't insurance on it I should not have to have insurance when I pay for your facility to take care of my stuff worst experience worst help of everybody at around. I mise well left my stuff out side that's how good your storage units are. I told the staff about it and all they cared about was if I had insurance. Didn't want to help me didn't want to give me my money back or anything horrible company horrible horrible like I said I should have just put my stuff out side and it would have been kept just as nice. I spent a lot of money over 5 years to keep my stuff good and it's all ruined because of your company
