Riley FThis location was fine. There were no issues accessing the vehicle. My problem is with the original location of pick up in Highlands Ranch. I was given a vehicle that was blocked in by returned vehicles with no way to access it. When on call with customer service, they were unable to get me a vehicle at that location and transferred me to this one. I had very limited time to move and this process took up 2hrs of my time. It was very frustrating and impacted the rest of my move.
