The establishment is huge! From the front desk to the trailer is a 1000 yards. The communication from the front desk to the ones in the yard seems award to say the least. Give them some hand held devices, Walkie talkies. What's going to happen when winter comes?

It was a bad experience from the beginning. #1 - We were confirmed for a 7 am pick up on 7/30 ( Sunday). Then found out, that they didn't open until 9 a.m. on Sundays. #2 - Guy who claimed to be a manager (David) , was very rude and condescending, and stated they were busy when I was asking questions. I asked for a manager he stated he was, so I asked for his higher manager. He refused initially, then blurted off a phone #.. I got off the phone out of frustration to call and speak with another agent. The female then says hold on, and put this David guy back on the phone. He then says he's trying to help me (After being condescending and rude your "help" is not applicable). #3 - I was upset bc I had voluntarily pre paid, but received piss poor service after they already had my money. #4 - When I arrived morning of, they tried to tell me they didn't have the truck, I already had paid for. At that point enough was enough. Bc I was moving my stuff from Canada to the U.S, I really had no other option but best believe I will tell everyone I encounter about this , wrong on so many levels, horrible "Customer Service ". I am an educator for 29 yrs and have never been so infuriated in my Life. Rule of thumb for those so called customer service reps... Treat others as you want to be treated. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone treating your mother like that..

your website mentioned , if one will register in advance they may not need to wait in line, while it experienced it was totally wrong. No matter whether you register in advance or no you have to wait minimum 30 minutes and on the top of that customers will be deal rudely.

The location is still under construction and is training new employees so it makes the experience a little more confusing/tedious, but all in all it was good and will only get better as the location becomes fully operational.

Why would Uhaul Head Office make me go to Milton, when I made our reservation 3 months ago for Mississauga! I was not last minute like most bookings. Bullshit company with limited true competition, we need an app like Uber for trucks to compete with Uhaul!!!

Cost of rental was more than I expected. Also wasn't aware u-haul has trailers to rent as I have a pick up truck and could have saved money



Site not ready. Employees are not trained on products. Storage units were not available although booking was made a week in advance.

The location was good, but the self check-in experience through the website was sub-par. The website suggested multiple vehicles that were not on the lot - had to go into the store to complete the booking.
