Rented a trailer for 6 hrs and got billed 3 days. Called to try to fix the issue and was put on hold for 30min and the rep never came back to pickup the phone. She sounded like she had no idea what she was doing. Someone needs to fix the billing issue on my contract asapSALIH S.

I received a very unprofessional call from Uhail Milton saying that I was late returning the truck although I rented it for 24 hour and received the phone call on the 11th hour. The person was rude and unprofessional asking â€œBring my truck Nowâ€. I still can apprehend that this person was from Uhaul unless someone from the staff gave my phone number to the person that wanted to rent the truck after me and might have been that person. Inconsistent pricing in regards to safe trip plans safe move. Sometimes you get charged, sometimes you don't whenever I try to add both coverages. Maybe a system glitch. Also, the truck seemed cleaned inside initially, until I saw a used mask on the corner dash. So disgusting. Also there was a hidden Pepsi bottle that slid underneath me close to the pedals when I came to a stop. This truck sharing program should be well maintained, otherwise it's terrible, especially with this whole covid19 protocol measures.LESTER-LUKE C.
I returned the pick up van at 5:30pm. 90 minutes before the time. One gentleman inspected the vehicle and told me everything was good then why am I charged double the rate? I put more gas than the desired point. If you don't refund me my money I will never ever go to Uhaul againEHSAN A.

This is the worst location I've ever rented from. And that goes to the agent that was working with me. I had reserved a 20' truck from this location for my move. On the day of, I called and let them know that I'll be running late. I spoke with Noah on the phone. He said it's ok if I'm a little late. When I got to pick up the truck finally, I was told by him that they didn't rent any trucks available. On the phone, he didn't mention that there was no truck available. His attitude was non-caring and nonchalant, to say the least. It clearly showed that he didn't care what I would have to endure. He just gave me a bunch of reasons that were the dumbest I had heard. He said they were overbooked and then said people were late returning the trucks and then said they were overbooked because people were late returning them. There was no sense of remorse in this guy. Not only that, he didn't even offer me an alternative, until I asked him what he had. And even then, he said they didn't have anything when I clearly saw vans standing outside. Then one of the other reps said we have vans and only then he offered me a van. I had to take it because, at this point, I was desperate. I had to pay the movers $250 because of the multiple trips I had to make to the house. I had to ask friends for their cars so I could put my stuff in there. We didn't even finish moving till past midnight. I'd NEVER recommended this location to anyone ever! I'd have to think twice to even recommend uHaul to anyone either. I know my feedback will fall on deaf ears but this is the only way I could vent.RIAZA M.
