Catherine S | Overall ExperienceThere is one employee At the front desk that is absolutely useless. I waited 30 to 40 minutes with 1 person in front of me more the once. I had a storage unit there had to deal with her several times. Don't know how I could have put such bad luck at the counter. There are other employees, but I just never got them. As for the rest of the place have no problems.

UMER A | Overall ExperienceThe lock did not work initially. The storage unit had no lighting, so when I would go to visit on evenings I was sorting through my stuff in complete darkness. Staff were very rude. The list goes on and on. The only reason that i'm giving two stars is because I was in a bind, and they helped me out. But, they were still incredibly rude about it.
