We dropped off the trailer in the pouring rain and had been given the wrong code for the lock box so stood there fritzing with the box and getting soaked. We finally called again and they gave us the right code. Then, to add insult to injury, they didn’t acknowledge that we returned the trailer for two days and we were charged an extra day. So I had to call to get that reversed. On top of all the other issues we experienced, this was the worst rental ever!
