How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe drop location was also changed last minute for reasons I do not understand. I selected a location that was close to the move-in destination but was told I could no longer leave the truck there day of. It was moved to a location a few miles away that was also a 3rd party drop off location. The location was run down and closed during at 2pm (inside of the listed open hours) when I was dropping off. The lot that I needed to drop off the truck was actually at a different location down the block and across the street. When I finally got a hold of an employee to ask for assistance they were rude and told me to "use my eyes" to look for the lot in which to drop the truck off at. I will not be using U-Haul in the future and am closing out my storage unit and changes locations to a different company.
