Very rude no customer service at all
Chelsey B.Left to deal with return on my own through the app, returning equipment in a dark alley in a shady neighborhood. No assistance from attendant. Return proces through the app was very slow and required numerous attempts and redoing steps. 20-25 minutes to process and upload.
