The agent here on Aug. 1 was very helpful and friendly. I didn't catch his name though. He was very easy to work with and the truck was ready when we got there.

MARY MWhile the employee manning the Uhaul was fine, the truck itself was disgusting and has obviously been neglected. Engine light on, absolutely filthy, broken shade, sounded like it was going to fall apart. Not surprised though and I doubt anyone will do anything
