Cab could've been cleaner. It had food residue on the floors throughout entire cab. Presentation. Not a deal breaker. Really very friendly people working there. My overall experience was great. I was very surprised when U-Haul called me the evening before to inform my location changed. Best customer service I have seen in many many years.

DARSHAN GFirst of all they had kid that was probably about 12 years old working and he tried to charge me for items that I did not receive and tried to say that the my starting miles were wrong. The other person working there was inexperienced. I would not rent from this location. Thank god I was only returning equipment.
Anthony HAntes de recoger la unidad en esta ubicación 6828 w Oklahoma Ave, < hay nos trataron Exelente , pero antes de esa dirección fuimos a esta otra dirección 1500 S 1st ST, Milwaukee wi 53204 y ami y a mi esposa nos trataron muy mal , Un empleado nos trató con mucha arogancia , pienso yo que nos trato así porque no sabíamos hablar inglés pero yo tengo traductor de Google en mi teléfono y le solicite una camioneta y el empleado sos traducía con su teléfono y se mostraba un poco molesto por no hablar inglés, pegando su teléfono en nuestra cara a mí y a mi esposa como si estubieramos Ciego . Debería de aver siempre una persona que hable español en todas las ubicaciones de U-HAUL. En esta última ubicación jamás volveré a ir Para alquiler de una unidad.
JOEL GThe truck I rented was brand new, very clean and easy to drive. My one complaint would be that they charged me for after hours service and I returned the truck before 5:00 pm and I should not have been charged an after hour return fee of $20.
