brian mThe van was filthy and smelled like smoke. The windshield was so dirty. Debris in the van bed. However, the agents at this location were excellent.

Marijo MThis is not like other U-Haul places I’ve been to. They charge you up front to hold the money, and there is no reimbursement for bringing the truck back with more fuel than it had in the first place. And there is no confirmation on how many miles were actually used compared to when they ask you for an estimate. Next time I will be more likely inclined to go to a proper U-Haul site.
