Business was closed when it was time for pickup. Had to wait another 15 minutes for an employee to get there. Pricing was different than quoted over the phone. Business place was junkie and run down looking. Not professional in the least.

We were not given the discount of $50 , our military discount was not given and we were charged for the $64 protection that was not included in our original reservation. When about it being charged we were told to call customer service and they would reimburse it because it was something that the site could not refund/removed. FSC STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED US ABOUT THIS SINCE CS COULD NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE WE HAVE AN OPEN CLAIM FOR THE FSC TO CONTACT US

sammy rI paid upfront like anyone I assume and the day after I already dropped off the trailer Uhaul billed me again. I called the location where I picked up the trailer and paid with my card originally and they told me that uhaul handles the billing and they also said they don’t understand why uhaul billed my card again because the trailer was not damaged and was returned on time. So they gave me the uhaul billing number and the lady told me that she will look into it and call me back and it has been almost a week now and I still have not heard from them and the charge is still there. Unless they refund me the extra $28 I will never use or recommend uhaul again!
