I think it's a really great system, I didn't have any issues, how you doing everything worked great for me. Miners Auto sales are so friendly and easy to work with, I would absolutely rent a truck again.

I’m have no problem with the local pick up location. I have a HUGE problem with uhaul contacting me 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up and telling me despite my reservation made well in advance there was no vehicle available for my RESERVED time and date. Ended up having to take a 26 foot truck which was difficult to drive. Would go way out of my way not to use uhaul again!
Beth SVan was covered in mud in driver's side interior. It was all over my pants when we got to our destination. I reported to renting office & was told to take pictures & submit with initial uhaul check-in.The truck was also putting up alerts for low oil. I don't know if that was reported by previous renter. I don't know how low it was but I bought a quart because I was afraid to get stuck on the turnpike & put it in & it wasn't enough to keep the light off. Definitely not the best experience I've had renting from uhaul.

DENNIS BMiners Auto was great. The truck on the other had was all beat up and the cab smelled of body odor. The truck overall performed ok, but the steering should definitely be looked at.
