How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was fine, however this is not where we were supposed to pick up our rental. No one called, like they are supposed to, to confirm on Friday. When I did the online confirmation my original location was listed. The original location opened an hour earlier, that's why we chose them. We were on a tight schedule for college move in. If company standards are no longer being followed, stop telling customers you will be contacting them
