The key box was not obvious, a large sign or arrow would have helpful on the side of Mr. Tire that faces where the trucks are parked! Overall, the self pickup process was easy. The self return process was a pain. The photos would not upload and I tried uploading 3-4 times (which took about 15 mins with waiting for them to upload) before I called customer service and learned the self return process is finicky and you don't need to go past step 3, my truck was marked as returned for 30 mins by the time I called. Please consider fixing this issue or removing those unnecessary steps.

ANDREW KI left the rental sight and realized I once I was on the road that the right hand mirror was pushed in. When I arrived at my first stop, I had great difficulty in adjusting the mirror. It was not only very stiff but I had not realized it had an up /down adjustment until I enlisted help from a friend.
