Was missing the appliance dolly. I called and left an urgent waited for the store to open - never heard back. This caused so many issues with our move that large couches and a dresser were unable to be moved. I would have expected some kind of credit for this as it ended costing us more than this rental to get the heavy furniture moved the next day. Excellent customer service! Extremely friendly and patience
Alberto SOne of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The guy took out one cup from the van and charged a cleaning fees of $25 dollars. When I asked is this right to charge me that much money for just taking out one coffee cup, the guy just rudely replied saying it’s a flat fees.
