Vehicles located at other end of shopping Plaza from the office. A Uhaul representative did not complete an in person walk-around during rental.
DAVID JThe only reason I gave it poor because the vehicle that I received was filthy inside and out especially in the back part I had to sweep and mop the back of the vehicle just to make semi clean in prefer to put my items inside. The vehicle also was making a ticking sound like it would shut off any minute. However the facility itself was clean and the young lady who took care of me was awesome so maybe she didn’t know that the vehicle look like that because I went to the back and got it myself
