Was missing the appliance dolly. I called and left an urgent waited for the store to open - never heard back. This caused so many issues with our move that large couches and a dresser were unable to be moved. I would have expected some kind of credit for this as it ended costing us more than this rental to get the heavy furniture moved the next day. I can be reached to discuss this credit and then I can edit this review

Alberto SOne of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The guy took out one cup from the van and charged a cleaning fees of $25 dollars. When I asked is this right to charge me that much money for just taking out one coffee cup, the guy just rudely replied saying it’s a flat fees.
