Worst uhaul experience ever. Truck was garbage - door wouldn’t close properly and the battery died because it was so old. Location did nothing to help. Horrible
Matt BGive a little grace period for late returns. Charging me a full days rate (both rental and insurance coverage) when I’m late for less than 2 hours should not happen.
ISAIAH OAlready filed a complaint. Location was disgusting, trailer door was pad-locked without my knowledge, did not answer their phone, terrible experience overall.
David CI was completely lied to, told I would get 35 miles included for free before I was charged for mileage. When I dropped off the truck, he changed his story and told me that I used 53 miles and I was going to get charged 1.19 for each mile???? He gave me the wrong information. Doesn’t make any sense.
