The person that was taking care of me was very nice. However, the appliance dolly was not available for me to use. Had to drive to another location for the equipment, this unfortunately took up some time from my trip

Key Issues: 1. Incorrect Contract Timing: Despite requesting a pickup time of approximately 8:30 AM, I was shocked to discover that the rental contract had been incorrectly set to 3:00 AM. This was not only inaccurate but also caused confusion and logistical complications, especially since I was not informed of this discrepancy prior to arriving at the location. 2. Canceled Contract Still Charged: After realizing that the contract details were incorrect and that the necessary equipment (such as the dolly I reserved) was not available, I consulted with your customer service call center. The agent confirmed that the contract could be canceled — and I was assured there would be no charge. However, the rental location still processed a charge to my account. This is unacceptable, especially for a reservation that was both incorrect and unused. 3. Unprofessional and Rude Behavior from Staff: The store owner or manager I dealt with was extremely rude and dismissive when I attempted to explain the issue. Rather than assisting me or helping to resolve the situation, they were confrontational and refused to acknowledge the errors in the contract or the unavailability of the reserved equipment.
RAKESH MFirst, The truck was faulty i was stuck on mid due to hand break problem wasted my time. second, The bill is also charged with wrong amount. i submitted on time but still charged for two days. Third, i did not select damage coverage insurance but still charged. How such a large company can do these stupid mistakes….????
