Due to snow, whole van was covered with snow. We did not have shovel but luckily we found it from a stranger who was doing it nearby. In winters, there should be a shovel inside your vans for the ease of customers.
MAAZ WDont use this location. I got charged two times. Km wasnt matching whatever on the app says. After I dropped off the vehicle, the manager doesnt know to help or just tricked us to not help. Ended up two times charged, ridiculous..
SALE DThe UHaul app is not intuitive. The interface does not clearly indicate what is expected of the user at each step. The web browser version of the site is somewhat better but I was using the app and it didn't help me much.
