Clean the vehicles after use. There were fast food wrappers and french fries strewn in the cabin and an indifferent clerl
Joe DShouldn’t be the customers responsibility to clear snow and ice from the rental truck. Especially when a clean one is also available.
Dorothy S- The whole van was covered in snow and there was no snow brush, thankfully I had one. - The front tire was low on air pressure, I told the clerk this and she told me it would go away once I started driving - it did not. - There was so much snow infront of the van I had to dig it out because the tires were spinning. The rest of the lot had been plowed and someone was out there shoveling, just not near the vans. - The windshield wiper fluid sprayer wasn't working, despite my shoveling off all the snow, so I'm not sure if it froze or was broken, but it was very unsafe driving around in this season without wiper fluid available. Honestly, I've ordered here before and the service was better, never great, but this was brutal.
Peter MPlease ask customer if they need CDW (Coverage) when they rent a car.
