Online check-in didn't work. Said equipment wasn't available despite van being there. Took extra 30 mins to pick up van.
Ryan F.Whenever offering a service the staff and organization should be more friendly and loyal to the customer for making them happy and providing them a better experience. As an individual I wont refer or suggest people to my friends and family.I already reported my concerns to uhaul customer care regarding my experience with this pick Up location.
Rinu S.Attendant was slow at entering the check in and did not complete the check out while we were there. Receipt followed by email. Van was new and clean. A much improved vehicle over the old ones: backup camera is especially needed for a van.
