FAROOQUI BWas charged for extras by mistake, and it’s been four business days, have not seen the process nor the refund. The person read km as miles, and charged me $312 extra, what kind of non-sense it is.
Xing YI hope uHaul reads this review seriously - I would like to begin by that this is no fault of the above location. The true problem lies at your regional office and customer support service assistance named Joy My reservation for uHaul was made online at a different address. when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told there is no uhaul here and that it shut down a long time ago. Fortunately, an associate who was kind at the 6965 davand dr location called me a couple of hours before to check on my pick up and I had his number, after giving him a call he advised me of the address for pick up. I tried to contact the regional office and spoke to Joy again to advise my frustrations on why I need to go to a location 30 minutes out of the way from where I am to pick up my uhaul. Joy advised me the location on the reservation was updated, when I asked how come no one notified me, she tried to advise that a voicemail was left (no voice mail was left because my voicemail is full). And though when she did call, I called her back 2 min later just to be left on hold for 20 minutes and eventually gave up because Joy on the other line couldnt attend the phone. There was also no email sent but Joy claimed that they tried to contact me both ways (voicemail and email) but both were a lie
