Equipment was not clean from i side and outside. Box had toomuch dust on walls and on floor. Spend 45minites to clean it first because I need to move expensive furniture for which I chose not to risk. Secondly the refund they offered me was never given to me and all the locations I went for one on Main street and Other one in Brampton from where I picked up mis guided me and tricked by saying that I will get discount at drop off location.
