Il faut revoir vos prix de facturation, revisiter vos voitures avant de les mettre en route pour d’éventuelles locations car il affecte la conduite. Par exemple votre voiture que j’ai loué avait un problème de volant, stabilisation et maniabilité ce qui m’a fait arriver en retard et celà a affecté ma conduite et le kilométrage aussi car j’étais obligé de contourner pour prendre des routes plus longues à cause de l’état de la voiture.

The self pick was a mess, the app was not working and the call assistance took over 40min to resolve the pick up
SIMBARASHE BI picked up the truck from Gadget Klink, 60 Dundas St E, Unit 7A, Mississauga, ON L5A 1W4. When I entered the truck, it had a very strong cigarette smell and it was difficult to drive in that condition. When I informed the agent at the counter, he said it was okay and told me to take the truck as it was. I didn’t have any other option, so I had to drive the truck despite the cigarette smell. The cabin was also dirty and full of dust. As proof, I recorded a video with the counter agent and also took photos of the dirty cabin.

KRISHNATEJA YPerson told me i can drop the truck by next day 10:30 but i drop it same day after 3 hours and i got charged for after hours service when i didn’t took the truck and he mentioned me even if i use by next day till 10:30 there will not be extra charge but still i got charged so i want him to be clear with customer about the hidden charges
