I did not select safetrip fee of 5$ while making the booking, but in the final invoice it was still charged.. The person in charge didnt mention that to me as well.

The staff at this store location handled the transaction smoothly, and everything went well. But the first location I booked was very unprofessional. They canceled my reservation not just once, but twice, without informing me. What if I hadn’t checked ahead of time. That was supposed to be my moving day and the last day in my old house. Where would I have put all my stuff. That experience made me anxious, constantly checking just in case it happened again. The first store I booked was really unprofessional.
