The van had low tire pressure, and it was also giving a message for maintenance. I needed the vehicle urgently, which is why I had no choice but to take it. The rental location is very convenient, which is why I would recommend it, but the vehicle condition was not good. Also, I just used it for a couple of KMs, but I was charged $10 for Gas, which I feel was very unfair.

It charges the gas but I have already fill it before returning the vehicle.

ABBEY NThe location is a convenience store. Very disorganized, several issues with the check in despite I did the check in online. The employee did not received any training to assist customer and was not aware of any procedure for the check in or the check out. I lost one hour in the morning at the convenience store before being able to get my truck. At the drop off, I needed to figure it out things by myself and complete the check out online without any assistance. When I call to complain I did not received any discount for the inconveniences I experienced. I lost another 1.5hr there before I was able to finally go. It was a horrible experience and I will never rent with UHaul in the future neither I will recommend this service to anyone else.
