Waited over 45 minutes to pick up my rental, even though I was directed to this new location from my original pickup location because the van broke down at the original location. Then I was charged all of the kilometers used, even though I wouldn't have used all of those kilometers if I didn't have to go to this alternate location instead. The person there was completely unprofessional and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Didn't check over the vehicle and was not helpful at all. This is the 2nd time using UHaul and it's the 2nd bad experience. Very poorly run.
