I’d love to speak to a manager regarding my experience. For how much I paid I am in no way shape or form satisfied. There were mistakes and inconveniences every step of the way. Only good comment I have is the customer service on the phone helped me immensely. Everything else was a huge let down. Not happy and most likely won’t be using again unless I speak to a higher up. I served this van for 10:00am but when i go there no one was there and office was closed. When i made call to uhole they checked with that person and said he will be there in 10 to 15 minutes. You can check my truck actual pick up time is 10:20am. Some one on call said wait for him and you will get $50 credit which i did not get. Secondly once i return the truck someone was there was so rode and said I'm not running this business the actual person who run is not here.
