Alan GThe truck was in poor mechanical condition! The brakes vibrated significantly. It was so out of alignment that I had to hold the steering wheel constantly to keep the vehicle from pulling to the right for 1100 hundred miles. If I let go for even one second, it would veer right. The pick-up location people didn't offer to show me any components of the truck at all. Just handed me the keys. I had requested a hand truck and blankets and had assumed they had been places in the truck ready for me to go. Instead I had to drive back to the location to get them after driving all the way home. Uhaul general--upgrade your trucks to include cruise control, bluetooth, better fuel efficiency, and at least some ability to recline/move the seat! They are extremely uncomfortable. I will look into Penske next time!
