My truck was originally scheduled to be picked up from another location and was moved to this location because they had the size available. Clark Fork Storage called me to let me know of the change and verified that I was alright with this adjustment. The woman that I spoke to on the phone, then again when I picked up the truck, provided one of the best customer services experience I’ve encountered. She deserves a RAISE. Keep up the great work. Rebekah DTrista helped me at this location. She was outstanding. I originally ordered a 6x12 rear gate trailer (op line). As we were getting to pull that trailer, Trista asked to double check the size of the ATV I was pulling. I knew it was 63 inches and Trista said that the 6x12 Utility Trailer Rental with Ramp will only load a 5' width. I did not bother looking at the dimensions on the web site and assumed that a 6x12 would fit the 63 inches without question. Needless to say, she rented me the vehicle trailer rental and had I taken the other trailer I would have a bad headache on my hands. Trista's help and pleasant disposition are a credit to Clark Fork Storage and U haul.
